How we engineer Drupal
Everything below is Drupal. If a platform is already in production and nobody can say what state it is in, the audit comes first. What we do after that depends on what it turns up.
Drupal audit
A fixed-price read of a Drupal platform you inherited or stopped trusting. Every risk in priority order, with the hours attached, and a straight answer on what needs doing now and what can wait. Report in 48 hours from the moment we have access.
Drupal modernization & migration
Drupal 7, 8, 9 and 10 platforms moved onto Drupal 11. Content migrates in full, custom code gets rewritten where it has to be, and the cutover is planned around a site that stays live. The Day newspaper moved with more than 1.5 million entities intact.
Drupal support & ongoing development
We keep Drupal 7, 9, 10 and 11 platforms running in production: a German auto-parts marketplace carrying 2.4 million parts, a national newspaper archive, and a garden nursery we have maintained since 2015. Several of them we inherited from another vendor.
Drupal architecture & complex builds
Content architecture, multisite, and custom modules for the business rules contrib does not cover. For Drupal builds where the data model is the complicated part.

Drupal as the back end with React or Next.js on the front, over JSON:API or GraphQL. We build this when the front end has a real reason to be separate, and editor preview keeps working when we do.

Drupal 10 → 11 readiness review
