Kariatida — multi-project real-estate website, reusable theme

Kariatida is a Ukrainian real-estate construction company that ships multiple residential-complex projects — JK Central, JK Veles, and siblings. Each complex needs to read as its own brand on the web, but the underlying site structure (apartments, construction progress, company info, contacts) is the same across all of them. We built that site on Drupal 9 from a Figma design in 2023.

The engineering hook is a custom theme with a color-palette setting wired into theme config — flipping the palette swaps brand colors across the whole site, so the same codebase powers JK Central and JK Veles with distinct visual identities. Layered on top: a custom apartment-filter page that lets prospective buyers search through available units, and a master-plan (genplan) overview for orienting around the complex itself. The front end is SCSS + jQuery, implemented pixel-perfect from the Figma, and fully responsive.
